From President Bush and the Congress: Happy Fourth of July - to be renamed Dependence Day. . . I apologize for not writing during these very hectic days for the dollar and stocks. We are slowing and inflating at the same time. This is not healthy for equities and yesterday they ALL came off en masse. . .
