Musgrove: Riding the Copper Wave

DANNY DEADLOCK, Microcap (02/28/2011)
"Musgrove has several exploration projects but it is their two properties in Idaho I am most interested in. . .Musgrove Creek and the Empire Mine. Downside risk should be minimal and its Empire Mine project looks quite promising and should carry even more value.

Both these projects will be drilled through spring and summer and I have little doubt they'll be able to promote this story. In particular because the Empire Mine project has strong copper exploration potential (high grades at depth already, which have not been drilled in 60 years). Copper is doing exceptionally well and any decent rally in the copper sector this year will have speculators paying premium prices for all kinds of juniors.

Valuation/growth potential - Musgrove Creek, has about .5 Moz. of gold on it. If we assign a value of $25/oz., fair value is likely close to $12 million. So with MGS worth $6 million (after deducting their $2 million in cash), while trading at $0.26, our downside risk should be minimal. However, their other project (the Empire Mine) looks quite promising and should carry even more value."
