Initial Metallurgical Leach Results Positive

"The main takeaway from these results is that the Portage mineralization has been reconfirmed to be amenable to cyanidation. The range of recoveries confirms, and appears to improve, the historical results by Lakefield that returned 70%–85% recoveries. More detailed metallurgy to follow—larger and more numerous samples will be sent for detailed testing of leach characteristics at different grind sizes, as well as likely testing floatation results to allow modeling of processing scenarios for the Q3 PEA. Three rigs are currently drilling from the ice with the first three holes completed. The main goal of the drill program will be to infill and delineate the current known 950m strike for inclusion into a resource and PEA in Q3. The first results are expected in the next weeks. We maintain our BUY rating." |
