"On December 16, Alderon announced that it had closed a previously announced private placement financing for 9,125,000 units at a price of CAD$2.20 for gross proceeds of CAD$20,075,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one warrant. The warrants may be exercised at a price of CAD$2.80 up to 24 months from the closing date of the financing. Alderon intends to use the proceeds of the financing to advance its Kamistiatusset Project (Kami) in the Labrador Trough. With the new equity funding now in place, we believe the company is well financed through the winter drill program." |
