Dorato's Taricori

TIMOTHY SEARCY, Wellington West Capital Markets (01/13/2010)
"Dorato is focused on Target Testing the Taricori gold system. Taricori is the Peruvian extension of Ecuador's Chinapintza District, which hosts Dynasty Metals & Mining's Jerusalem deposit. . .Taricori has. . .numbers very similar to the grades at Jerusalem (Exhibit 24).

Drilling at Taricori has started and the initial results are expected shortly. The company intends to drill 25 holes for approximately 5,000 m. Most of that is earmarked for Taricori, but other targets, such as the grassroots target, Lucero, 5 km to the SE of Taricori, might be tested later in the year.

Ten quality targets at Condor have been identified, from the preliminary screening of 15,000 ha of Dorato's 80,000 ha total. However, the Condor project is not solely Target Identification; Taricori greatly reduces the exploration risk for Dorato. While there are no drill holes in Taricori, the significant amount of artisinal mining indicates the presence of strongly mineralized veins, and the close proximity to Dynasty's Jerusalem deposit quantifies the potential for Taricori. Much of the Condor property has potential to host deposits similar to Kinross' Fruta del Norte deposit."
