Croc's Cosmo Development

BRIAN MOK, Union Securities (12/17/2010)
"The development of the Cosmo decline appears to be on schedule; given the progress to date, we believe that it will begin stope development in early Q211, with production starting at the end of that quarter. Regulatory approval to begin mining from the International deposit at Pine Creek is expected in April 2011. We anticipate that the pre-stripping could be completed relatively quickly, with mining operations beginning in June. We expect production in 2011 to be 129,000 oz at US$844/oz.

Significant Exploration Upside Remains. The company is following up on geophysical (airborn magnetic) surveys conducted over the Burnside tenements. The survey confirmed that known deposits were coincident with magnetic anomalies; however, the anomalies extended well beyond the areas of known mineralization along the strike, indicating the significant potential of extensive gold mineralization throughout the Burnside property in areas which have seen very little historic drilling. . .We strongly believe significant potential remains to increase the mineable resource base. . .We have maintained our SPECULATIVE BUY rating."
