ARZ: Good Infill Results at Casa Berardi

MICHAEL FOWLER, Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited (06/15/2010)
"The company reported the results of 68 infill holes located at the Casa Berardi mine in northwestern Quebec. The objective of the program was to increase the quantity and quality of the mineral resources previously defined in the principal area and to provide information for a prefeasibility study of a potential open-pit mine. The drilling results were positive, showing 33 holes having a metal factor (true width times the gold grade in g/t) of 50 or higher. Generally, as a rule of thumb, a metal factor of 20 or more would be considered economic. We suspect the company delivered on its objectives as a result of the drilling. A new resource estimate is expected to be released in the third quarter.

We continue to rate the shares a Speculative Buy with a $6.50 target. A positive prefeasibility study at Casa Berardi is an important element towards improving the share price."
