RBY Results Continue to Impress

ANDREW KAIP, BMO Capital Markets (12/16/2009)
"Rubicon announced further assay results from ongoing drilling at the Phoenix project in Red Lake, Ontario. The current program is testing a 1200m x 1600m area. The recent results highlight drilling from the Northeastern Area and Southwestern Area, including the 122-10 Zone.

Drilling in the Northwestern Area continues to intersect gold mineralization and has outlined a 400m-wide corridor. Recent results highlight high-grade gold potential but over narrow widths, including 70.7g/t gold over 0.6m, 45.5g/t gold over 1m and 10.7g/t gold over 3m. Further drilling is required to provide an understanding of continuity within this area. Infill drill results in the 122-10 Zone, including 7.4g/t gold over 9m, highlight the potential of this evolving gold zone, which has now been intersected for 100m along strike and 400m vertical.

RMX has drilled a sufficient number of holes to provide a more concrete understanding of the continuity of mineralization in the 122-10 Zone. Exploration at Phoenix remains at an early stage. Drilling is ongoing and Rubicon plans to begin a 158m drill program in 2010 to expand and further delineate the dimensions of known areas of gold-bearing zones."
