DANIEL EARLE, Newcrest, TD Securities (12/16/2009)
"Rubicon reported additional drill results from its surface/underground drill program at the F2 Gold System Results point to a continued expansion of the F2 system and add definition to the potential discovery of a new high-grade structure implied by Hole 122-10.

Rubicon provided a year-end update of drill results from its surface/underground drill program of the F2 Gold system within its flagship Phoenix Project (100%) in the Red Lake camp. Drilling was primarily focused on the northeastern and southwestern target areas of the system. Significant results include:

Northeastern Target Area
Hole 122-32: 70.7 g/t Au over 0.6 m
Hole 122-29: 45.5 g/t Au over 1.0 m
Hole 122-19: 10.7 g/t Au over 3.0 m (including 29.7 g/t over 0.9 m)

Southwestern Target Area
Hole 122-21: 7.4 g/t gold over 9.0 m (including 38.6 g/t over 1.2 m).

To date, 96,500 metres of drilling have been completed within the F2 system. In 2010, Rubicon is set to begin a significant 158,000 meter surface/underground drill program that is expected to take approximately 12 months to complete. We do not anticipate a resource estimate in 2010 at this time."
