F2 System–Filling the Voids with Gold

BARRY ALLAN, Mackie Research Capital Corp. (11/20/2009)
"RMX released drill results for additional in-fill holes drilled within the F2 envelope of mineralization. While the drilling did not expand the size of the system, it did fill in some of the previously untested ground, increasing the confidence in the continuity of the mineralizing system. Taking the new data in our spread of drill data, the overall average remains 4.2 meters grading 24 g/t.

RMX also completed a C$86 million equity offering and has ample cash required to complete a phase II ($60 million) exploration program.

. . .Our updated compilation of the drill data continues to sit at an ounce count of ~5.4 million, unchanged from our prior estimate. We have ~128 data points in the compilation of this ounce count.

Based on drilling to date, we estimate that the F2 Zone has resource potential (diluted to 2.0 meters and high-grades cut to 311 g/t) of approximately ~5.4 million ounces. Based on this resource potential, we maintain our target price of C$6.00.

We fully believe that additional good drill results will be forthcoming."
