F2 System–Mineralized Envelope Expands, Again

BARRY ALLAN, Mackie Research Capital Corp. (11/17/2009)
"RMX released drill results on October 22 (we previously were restricted) that provided 17 new intercepts into the F2 mineralizing system, bringing our database on F2 to 128 separate data points. In aggregate, the diluted (to 2 meters) and cut (to 311 g/t) average of this entire data set is now 4.2 meters averaging 24.6 g/t. RMX also completed a C$86 million equity offering and has ample cash required to complete a phase II ($60 million) exploration program.

. . .The F2 mineralizing system has been tracked over a strike length of 1.0 kilometer and down to a depth of 1.3 kilometers. And, in its presentation, RMX has calculated an average grade of 12.5 g/t over a width of 5.8 meters, suggesting a mineral system that has the capacity to contain 8.4 million ounces, and is a system that is roughly equal in size to the mineralizing system at the Bruce Channel deposit of Goldcorp (aka Gold-Eagle).

. . .Our updated compilation of the drill data lifts the overall ounce count to ~5.4 million from ~4.8 million previously.

Based on these resource potential and incremental ounces just added, we are moving our target price from C$5.75 to C$6.00.

We fully believe additional good drill results will be forthcoming."
