"Rubicon released 12 holes with several high-grade hits that represent extensions of the F2 zone. Headline intercepts include: 3.62oz/t over 9.8ft, 6.96oz/t over 3.3ft and 1.15oz/t over 12.1 feet. Assays focused around the core F2 zone, but also included a step out drill result, 1.4km northeast of the F2 zone. Some of the results suggest a widening of the F2 zone – conceptually we would suggest that adding 20% - 30% to the average strike length of the individual high-grade lenses within the F2 adds 200-500koz in high-grade ounces. Today's results increase our level of confidence in the quality of the F2 zone and upside on the property. We are encouraged by the success at F2 and will be watching further drilling closely to see if further increases at F2 should be expected. We maintain our Overweight rating and US$2.25 target based on precedent high-grade exploration success valuations in the Red Lake area." |
