Growing, Growing and Growing

BARRY ALLAN, Mackie Research Capital Corp. (04/28/2009)
"RMX released results from ice-based drilling from its Phoenix project, focused on the northeast and southwest target areas. The company also commented that dewatering of the underground workings is now complete, and rehabilitation has begun. RMX expects to begin drilling from the 400-foot level and start the shaft deepening before the end of May 2009.

Based on drilling to date, we estimate that the F2 Zone has a resource potential (diluted to 2.0 metres and high-grades cut to 311 g/t) of ~1.5 million ounces. Drilling between the northeast zone and core zone indicates the potential for the core zone to extend to the northeast zone. However, we believe that further drilling is necessary to conclude this. Results from the southwest zone were also positive, showing continuation of mineralization in this area. RMX hopes to begin drilling from underground workings by the end of May and if it successfully 'connects the dots,' the gold ounce potential for the combined area would more than double to ~3.0 million ounces."
