DNA Precious Metals Inc.

DNA Precious Metals Inc. is a near-term gold and silver producer focused on bringing the Montauban mine property, located in Quebec, Canada, into production in the fall of 2014. The company has received all necessary permits for production, built all-access roads, electrical power supply lines and a 16,000 sq ft steel structure building on the mill site located on the property. DNA Precious Metals will begin its first phase of production by processing the approximately 1.2 million m/t of mining residues currently on surface. During this phase of production, the gold equivalent cost will be approximately $525/oz. The second phase of production will consist of processing the near-surface ore body spanning over 5km in length as well as ore located in the underground galleries.
