Endeavour Silver Corp. is a mid-cap silver mining company focused on the growth of its silver production, reserves and resources in Mexico and Chile. Since startup in 2004, the company has posted seven consecutive years of aggressive silver production and resource growth. The organic expansion programs now underway at Endeavour's two operating silver mines in Mexico combined with its strategic acquisition program should help it achieve its goal of becoming a premier, mid-tier silver mining company.

Expert Analysis

Heiko Ihle, Euro Pacific Capital (1/10/12) "On January 10, 2011, Endeavour Silver Corp. reported a production update for its two operating mines, Guanacevi and Guanajuato, located in Mexico. Q411 silver production reached 1,120,780 oz, up 31% compared with 858,738 oz in Q311; meanwhile, Q411 gold production reached 7,045 oz, up 43% compared with 4,926 oz in Q311."

Ash Guglani, Salman Partners (1/10/12) "This morning, Endeavour Silver Corp. reported record production results for Q411, as silver production increased 30% over the previous quarter to 1,120,780 oz, while gold production increased 43% to 7,045 oz over the same period (1.4 Moz Ag eq based on a 45:1 silver:gold ratio). During the year, the company produced slightly over 3.73 Moz silver (ahead of our forecast) and roughly 21,800 oz gold (slightly below our forecast on lower Au grades at both mines); the company attributed meeting its production guidance for the year to a successful mine and plant expansion at Guanajuato (to 1,000 tpd), which was delivered on time and on budget."

Ash Guglani, Salman Partners (12/13/11) "This morning, Endeavour Silver Corp. announced that drilling east of the Lucero-Karina-Fernanda-Daniela veins at the Guanajuato mine has intersected two new high-grade silver-gold zones in the La Joya and Belen veins. Significant drill results include: La Joya vein, hole LJ15S-1, 1.99m (true width) at 462.7 g/t Ag and 6.83 g/t Au from a depth of 169.95m and Belen vein, hole BL0-3, 1.08m (true width) at 497 g/t Ag and 5.19 g/t Au from a depth of 228.05m. . .we note that the company's decision to increase its 2011 exploration drill budget to account for 71,000m, from 53,000m previously, is paying off as the drill program continues to intersect new mineralization."

The Gold Report Interview with Louis James (12/13/11) "Endeavour Silver Corp. has a project in the historic Guanajuato area, source of more than a billion ounces of silver production over the last 400 years. Profitable, growing producers operating in safer parts of Mexico are stories we like a lot." More >

Simon Russell, SilverSeek (12/2/11) "Endeavour Silver Corp. is led by accomplished management at its corporate office in Canada, with projects in Mexico and Chile. The company also has an excellent corporate structure with no debt and approximately $145M in working capital. . .because the company has potential to expand its mineral resources through exploration while it also forecasts increasing production at both of its mines, Endeavour should continue rapidly growing shareholder value for the foreseeable future."
