New Drill Results Confirm Mineralization Across Multiple Zones

Goliath Resources Ltd. (GOT:TSX.V; GOTRF:OTCQX; B4IF:FSE) reported additional assay results on November 5, 2026, from its completed 2026 drilling program at the Surebet Discovery, located on its 100%-owned Golddigger Property in British Columbia's Golden Triangle. The results included multiple gold-bearing intersections within the Surebet, Whopper, and Eldorado zones, adding to the company's growing body of drilling data.

Drill hole GD-26-498 intersected 14.61 grams per tonne gold equivalent (g/t AuEq), comprising 14.79 g/t gold and 52.25 g/t silver, over 6.00 meters. The interval included 21.68 g/t AuEq over 4.00 meters and 42.31 g/t AuEq over 2.00 meters. Mineralization occurred within quartz breccia containing pyrrhotite, galena, sphalerite, and visible gold in the central high-grade core of the Surebet Zone, further demonstrating its continuity and predictability.

Another hole, GD-26-490, returned 11.88 g/t AuEq, comprising 11.86 g/t gold and 43.81 g/t silver, over 4.00 meters, including 43.93 g/t AuEq over 1.04 meters. The mineralization was hosted in stockwork veining and breccia within sedimentary rocks of the Surebet Zone.

Additional results from the Surebet Zone included hole GD-26-465, which intersected 4.19 g/t AuEq over 8.60 meters, including 6.05 g/t AuEq over 5.38 meters, within a broader interval of 2.01 g/t AuEq over 20.00 meters. Hole GD-26-455 returned 5.98 g/t AuEq over 6.37 meters within a broader interval of 2.38 g/t AuEq over 16.45 meters.

Hole GD-26-442 intersected 4.49 g/t AuEq over 4.35 meters within a broader interval of 2.15 g/t AuEq over 13.65 meters. Hole GD-26-486 returned 5.13 g/t AuEq over 5.07 meters in quartz-sulphide veins and stockwork.

Drilling also identified mineralization in the Whopper and Eldorado zones. Hole GD-26-459 intersected 4.34 g/t AuEq over 5.00 meters in the Whopper Zone and 5.92 g/t AuEq over 4.00 meters in the Surebet Zone. Hole GD-26-480 returned 2.54 g/t AuEq over 8.06 meters, including 3.91 g/t AuEq over 3.06 meters, within the Eldorado Zone.

The completed 2026 drilling program totaled 48,443 meters across 97 holes, using seven drill rigs operating around the clock over 94 days. According to the company, every hole drilled during the program intersected quartz-sulphide mineralization, maintaining a reported 100% intersection rate.

Cumulative drilling at Surebet has exceeded 200,000 meters across 483 holes, representing more than 1,500 pierce points (2021-2025), with a vast majority having 25 – 50 meter spacings, providing a high confidence of continuity. Of those holes, 412, representing approximately 85%, contained visible gold identifiable without magnification.

"The 2026 drill program has not disappointed based on the previous and these results from our successful 2026 drill program," said Roger Rosmus, Goliath's founder and CEO, in the company's November 5, 2026 news release. "It's the consistent grade and continuity that makes a mine and not one flashy hole."

The 2026 program also expanded the reported footprint of the Surebet mineralized system by 12%, from 1.8 square kilometers to 2.01 square kilometers.

The Bonanza Zone increased from 1.27 to 1.51 square kilometers, with extensions of 750 meters southwest, 100 meters west, 100 meters north, and 160 meters northeast. The Golden Gate Zone expanded from 0.85 to 1.17 square kilometers, extending 480 meters northeast and 540 meters southwest.

The company also identified the Big Bulk Zone, a mineralized area containing visible gold between the Bonanza and Golden Gate zones, where the structures converge and is potentially amenable to low-cost block cave mining. Its central portion extends approximately 310 meters in length, 500 meters laterally, and 110 meters vertically and remains open. Mineralized intervals contain stacked veinlets spanning up to 58 meters within volcanic rocks, with reported grades reaching 3.60 g/t AuEq.

The Surebet Discovery contains 46 identified stacked gold-rich veins developed over 21 months of fieldwork. Gold mineralization has been identified across seven zones and three distinct rock types, including sedimentary-hosted quartz-sulphide breccias and stockwork veins, volcanic-hosted precious and base metal veins, and intermediate to felsic Eocene-aged dykes.

Goliath reported more than 1,500 drill pierce points from its 2021 through 2025 programs, with most spaced between 25 and 50 meters apart. The data are being used to define the geometry and grade distribution of the Surebet mineralized system.

Gold Prices Rebound as Investors Assess Market Conditions

Gold prices recovered above US$4,000 per ounce in early November, although market analysts continued to assess the precious metal's performance following a sharp selloff. Inflation, geopolitical uncertainty, government debt, and changing demand for safe-haven assets remained central themes in discussions about the gold market.

According to a November 4 report from Kitco News, gold had reclaimed the US$4,000 level after the previous week's decline. Michele Schneider, Chief Market Strategist at MarketGauge, acknowledged the recovery but expressed caution about the metal's technical condition, despite the economic factors that had previously supported higher prices.

"The flight to safety in gold has been broken," Schneider told Kitco News.

Schneider pointed to gold's recent weakness despite persistent inflation, rising government debt, geopolitical uncertainty, and a softer U.S. dollar. She also noted that declining Treasury yields had renewed interest in government bonds as an alternative safe-haven investment.

Chen Lin identified Goliath as another company he was following, describing its project as a "big potentially multi-million discovery."

"Gold doesn't seem to be the big flight to safety. And now, all of a sudden, bonds are," she said. Nevertheless, Schneider identified a sustained move above US$4,000 as a possible opportunity for a tactical position, while emphasizing the importance of risk management. She also identified US$3,940 as a technical support level to monitor following the recent market correction.

Later on November 4, Trading Economics reported that gold had extended its recovery toward US$4,150 per ounce, reaching a two-week high amid optimism surrounding the U.S.-Iran conflict. The report, titled "Gold Extends Gain on US-Iran Optimism," attributed the advance partly to declining oil prices following U.S. midterm election results.

According to the report, "The precious metal also found support from a weaker U.S. dollar and declining Treasury yields, which enhanced its appeal to investors."

The report also noted that lower oil prices had eased some inflation concerns, while investors awaited the upcoming U.S. employment report for additional information about monetary policy. Traders had assigned a 79% probability to a December Federal Reserve interest rate increase, according to the CME FedWatch Tool cited in the report.

Trading Economics' November 5 gold market data subsequently showed gold at US$4,123.90 per troy ounce, an increase of 1.57% on the day. The metal had gained 3.69% over the preceding year, although it remained down approximately 0.98% over the previous month.

The market data reflected a short-term recovery in gold prices alongside continued uncertainty about interest rates and the metal's role as a safe-haven investment.

Stifel Reiterates Buy Rating as Commentators Discuss Gold Exploration

Stifel analyst Cole McGill reviewed Goliath Resources Ltd.'s gold exploration activities in a July 15 research note, following step-out drilling that extended the Bonanza shear structure approximately 750 meters southwest.

McGill said the results "showcase continuity of the Bonanza shear structure/host lithology (> 1.8 km x> 1.8 km corridor)," while identifying additional step-out drilling as having "the ability to put upward pressure on total ounce count of property."

McGill's valuation was based on Stifel's exploration target of 4.2 million ounces of gold, with an assigned value of approximately US$45 per ounce. According to TipRanks, McGill reiterated his Buy rating on September 11 and maintained a CA$4.25 price target.

Goliath also drew attention from newsletter author Chen Lin of What Is Chen Buying? What Is Chen Selling?, who discussed the company during an October 15 appearance on Turning Hard Times to Good Times, hosted by Jay Taylor.

During a broader conversation about junior gold exploration companies, Lin identified Goliath as another company he was following, describing its project as a "big potentially multi-million discovery." He also commented on the company's drilling consistency, saying, "They seem to be hitting every hole they're hitting." Taylor expressed agreement with Lin's assessment.

Lin's comments came during a discussion of acquisition activity and the financial position of larger gold producers. He pointed to their cash reserves and relatively low debt levels as factors relevant to potential acquisitions of smaller exploration companies during periods of market weakness.

"The balance sheet [is] very, very good. They have very little debt and a lot of cash," Lin said of larger gold mining companies. He also suggested that these companies could remain relatively resilient during a broader market downturn, stating, "Even if there's a crash, I would say the gold mining company should do okay."

The conversation also covered declining valuations among junior mining companies and the possibility of additional year-end selling pressure. Lin discussed tax-loss selling as a factor affecting smaller mining stocks, commenting, "This year the tax selling is going to be a buffet."

Next Steps at Surebet Include Additional Assays and 2027 Drilling

Goliath Resources outlined its exploration activities and project development work in an October 8, 2026 presentation covering the Golddigger Property and Surebet Discovery. The presentation identified continued assay reporting, additional drilling, and expansion of the mineralized zones among the company's activities.

The company indicated that assay results from its 2026 drilling campaign would continue to be reported into early 2027. The program consisted of 48,443 meters across 97 drill holes and included drilling within the Bonanza and Golden Gate zones, as well as the newly identified Big Bulk Zone. At the time of the November 5 news release, assays remained pending for 43 holes drilled during 2026.

The October presentation also identified an infill and expansion drilling program planned for 2027. Infill drilling involves additional holes within previously drilled areas, while expansion drilling targets areas beyond the existing drilling coverage. The presentation did not specify a meterage target, number of drill holes, budget, or commencement and completion dates for the program.

The presentation identified the Bonanza and Golden Gate Zones as areas expanded by the completed drilling program, while also documenting the discovery of the Big Bulk Zone between those two structures.

The Bonanza Zone was reported to extend approximately 1,650 meters along its southwest-to-northeast orientation, while the Golden Gate Zone extended approximately 1,500 meters along the same general orientation. Both zones were described as remaining open.

The presentation also documented five of the principal mineralized zones at Surebet: Bonanza, Surebet, Golden Gate, Whopper, and Eldorado. These zones comprise multiple stacked mineralized veins, with the company's geological models incorporating drilling information from successive exploration programs.

The Surebet Zone itself was described as extending approximately 1 kilometer along strike and 1.1 kilometers down-dip, with 700 meters of vertical relief.

Goliath also presented a comprehensive lithological and structural model incorporating seven geological units and seven faults. The model was developed using lithological logging data covering 8,139 intervals and downhole structural measurements collected from oriented drill core. These data form part of the geological information available for the company's continued exploration work.

The October presentation included metallurgical results reporting gold recoveries of 92.2% at a 327-micron crush size, with 48.8% of the gold recovered through gravity separation alone. The company stated that cyanide was not required to recover the gold under the reported testing conditions.

The presentation also identified existing infrastructure associated with the property, including facilities at Kitsault, a permitted mill site with tidewater barge access, and high-tension electrical power approximately 25 kilometers from the Surebet area. These were presented as part of the property's existing infrastructure context rather than as scheduled construction activities.

The company's exploration work also includes its geological interpretation of the relationship between the stacked mineralized veins and Eocene-aged intrusive rocks. The October presentation referenced work by the Colorado School of Mines identifying a causative intrusion associated with the mineralized system, including mineralized Eocene-aged dykes.

The presentation additionally documented historical drilling at the Golden Gate Zone, including hole GD-24-260, which returned 34.52 g/t AuEq over 39.00 meters, including 132.93 g/t AuEq over 10.00 meters and 166.04 g/t AuEq over 8.00 meters. The company reported abundant visible gold in that interval, including coarse-grained grains.
