News Update North Atlantic Critical Metals will begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on October 27, 2026, as the company advances its antimony-focused Pokiok Project in New Brunswick.

North Atlantic Critical Metals (NACM:TSXV) has announced that common shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) today, October 27, 2026, under the symbol "NACM." The listing provides a public-market platform for the Canadian mineral exploration company as it advances its flagship Pokiok Property, an 18.8-square-kilometer property consisting of 89 contiguous mineral claims in New Brunswick. The property adjoins the historic Lake George antimony mine, formerly North America's largest primary antimony producer, according to the company.

At the same time, North Atlantic is conducting a fully funded 5,000 m (meter) diamond drilling program to investigate the interpreted extension of the Lake George mineralized system onto Pokiok. Historical step-out drilling has intersected mineralization north of the historic mine, and the current program is designed to test continuity and further define the system. Initial assay results are expected in November 2026, according to the release.

In addition to antimony, the property has historical indications of tungsten, molybdenum, and gold mineralization. The company plans to use drill results and ongoing geological interpretation to refine exploration targets and assess potential follow-up work.

Critical Minerals and Supply Chain Security

Antimony and tungsten have attracted attention as governments and industries seek to diversify critical mineral supply chains. Both metals are included on the U.S. Geological Survey's 2025 List of Critical Minerals, which identifies materials considered essential to economic or national security and potentially vulnerable to supply-chain disruptions. Antimony is used in flame retardants, alloys, and defense-related applications, while tungsten's hardness and heat resistance make it valuable in industrial manufacturing and defense technologies.

Supply concentration has added to concerns about availability. The International Energy Agency's Global Critical Minerals Outlook 2026 examines supply-chain concentration, market risks, and the challenges of diversifying production and processing of critical minerals.

Antimony prices have retreated from their 2025 highs, with European prices assessed at approximately US$18,300–US$19,000 per metric ton on October 14, 2026, amid weak demand and improved market availability, although supply-chain concerns and demand from solar, industrial, and defense applications may provide longer-term support. Tungsten prices, meanwhile, remain elevated outside China following a sharp 2026 rally driven by export controls and constrained supply; ammonium paratungstate (APT), a key tungsten-processing benchmark, was assessed at US$2,700–US$2,900 per metric ton unit in Europe and Baltimore on October 2, 2026. Supply deficits and defense-related demand could support prices, although regional price differences and additional supply may contribute to volatility.

Next Milestones

For the North Atlantic, the immediate milestones are completion of the current drilling program, anticipated assay results, and interpretation of the potential extension of the Lake George mineralized system onto its property. The listing introduces the company to public-market investors as it evaluates the project's exploration potential.

The company has 44,128,691 common shares issued and outstanding, and ownership information will become available at a later date.
