The latest drill results from Silver North Resources Ltd. (SNAG:TSX.V; TARSF:OTCQB; I90:FSE) show exactly why the company deserves attention right now, even while global tensions rise and markets begin to fracture.
On July 13, the Saudis struck the airport at Sanaa to stop an Iranian commercial flight carrying Houthi delegates home from the funeral of the Iranian Supreme Leader. The plane simply used a different airfield. The strike served no clear military goal. MBS ordered it for the same reason a dog licks itself in the road, simply because he could.
That action ended an informal four-year ceasefire. In the meantime, the Houthis have driven two American carrier groups away, closed a key Israeli Red Sea port, and absorbed repeated airstrikes from Israel, the UK, the United States, and Saudi Arabia without yielding. They have also shut the east-west pipeline that once moved six to seven million barrels of Saudi oil daily to Red Sea ports, struck Saudi oil and gas fields, bombed Riyadh airport terminals, killed thirteen civilians, and targeted the main Aramco offices.
In 2016, I wrote The Art of Peace. On the final pages, I foresaw the first worldwide revolution triggered by the breakdown of the Western debt-based financial system. News from France, Belgium, Pakistan, Tunisia, and Italy already shows the pattern. The upheaval will spread. Before this five-hundred-year financial shift ends, regime change will occur in dozens of nations, including both Israel and the United States.
An honest economy requires honest money. Paper can serve as money, but it rarely stays honest. Before the disorder passes, the world will return to real money. Silver will sit alongside gold as the foundation of that next system.
Silver North holds the Haldane Silver Property inside the Keno Hill Silver District in the Yukon. Last week, the company reported assays from the first three holes of its fully funded 24-hole, 6,100-meter program for 2026.
Hole HLD26-41 reported a 10.67-meter true width intercept of 727 g/t Ag, 0.31 g/t Au with 3.20% lead and 2.05% zinc. Within that interval, the results gave a 1,669 g/t silver, 0.34 g/t gold, and 3.33% lead with 2% zinc worth a remarkable US$3,229.73 metal in the ground value. Now we know they will never recover that much when mining, but it gives a potential investor a benchmark to compare to other holes. That’s about the same as 24 g/t gold in value.
Geologists were also pleased that hole HLD26-40 intersected a previously unknown blind vein above the Main Fault, returning 1,985 g/t silver, 0.49 g/t gold, and 5.68% lead with 0.15% zinc worth US$3,801.27 metal in the ground value just barely short of being as good as an ounce of gold per tonne.
Markets appear to be entering the broad decline I expected for October. 59% of Dow and S&P stocks have already fallen 20% or more, while 41% have dropped over 30%. The drop remains partly hidden by the seven largest names that represent 40% of the total index value, the highest concentration on record. The KOSPI fell 8.61% on the fourteenth. On the sixteenth, the Dow traded more than 1.5% lower at one stage, and the Nasdaq closed down 2.14%. A crash is underway.
Over recent years, Silver North shares reached CA$0.57 and fell as low as CA$0.19, a correction of 65%. The company sits among major silver projects yet trades at a very low valuation. Silver will anchor the coming financial system together with gold.
