1.6 KM of Chargeability: District-Scale Potential and Bullish Charts for One Canadian Copper Explorer

Technical analyst Stewart Thomson reviews Adamera Minerals Corp. (ADZ:TSX.V; DDNFF:OTCMKTS) after it recently announced that it had continued to expand the Max Copper-Gold Target.

Adamera Minerals Corp. (ADZ:TSX.V; DDNFF:OTCMKTS) is a Canadian minerals exploration company in the middle of one of its most active exploration windows in many years.

Earlier this month, the company announced that it had traced a chargeability anomaly at the Max copper-gold target over 1.6 km of strike and staked the Bromley claims, adding over 4,700 hectares to its South Hedley property, and is pushing it to more than 24,000 hectares.

With drill permits for both Max and Glix pending since February 2026, roughly 2,000 soil samples awaiting assays, and the company well-funded, the stock is poised before a cluster of near-term catalysts, just as key charts show the bulls now have the upper hand.

Why Copper and Tungsten?

Copper demand is being lifted by AI data centers, defense spending, and grid buildout, while tungsten prices have surged on tightening exports and a looming potential supply deficit.

Technical Analysis & Observations:

  • A large inverse H&S pattern with breakout is in play.
  • Following the breakout, a strong uptrend with shallow pullbacks has been the theme.
  • All in all, it's a very bullish chart.

Technical Analysis & Observations:

  • After almost tripling early this year, the gains are holding.

Fundamental Share Price Catalysts

  • Drill-Permit Approvals: Applications for the Max copper-gold porphyry and Glix gold skarn targets were both submitted in February 2026 and are pending. This is likely the single biggest near-term event for the share price. The company has added new drill sites to its permit application based on the August 2026 IP survey results, meaning the eventual program should be more comprehensive than originally scoped.
  • Assay Results: About 2,000 soil samples were collected in the 2026 program along the IP survey lines and across the open margins of the copper-gold anomaly. The pending batch will provide continuous coverage and confirm whether the geochemical halo extends across the full 1.6 km of strike now traced.
  • Continued IP Surveying: Three additional lines were completed as recently as September 16, and every line to date has detected the anomaly. The coincidence of chargeability with high Cu-Au soil values is strong evidence of a buried sulphide system.
  • Bromley Claim: Approvals would extend the property 12 km westward to the eastern boundary of HudBay Minerals Inc.'s (HBM:TSX; HBM:NYSE) Copper Mountain mine along a 40 km mineralized corridor. If approved, initial work on the new ground is expected to include prospecting, sampling, and potential airborne geophysics to define additional drill targets between Max and Copper Mountain.
  • Washington State Tungsten Portfolio: Flag Hill, Tungsten Ridge, and Talisman are advancing alongside a domestic U.S. supply narrative. The company established a dedicated Washington Tungsten Hub in June 2026 and identified three drill targets at Talisman, amid a fivefold surge in the tungsten price, tighter Chinese exports, and a looming global supply deficit.

Adamera's Competitive Advantage

  • Proximity To Proven Infrastructure: South Hedley sits just 18 km from Hudbay's producing Copper Mountain mine, giving Adamera access to roads, power, water, and a skilled local workforce that de-risks and lowers the cost of any future development.
  • District-Scale Land Position: With 24,000+ hectares stretching along a 40 km mineralized corridor toward Copper Mountain's eastern boundary, Adamera controls a footprint that no single peer in the district can likely match.
  • Low-Cost, "Next-To-Deposits" Exploration Model: The company is advancing its ground through geophysics and soil sampling rather than expensive reverse-circulation drilling, extending its runway per dollar of equity raised.
  • Dual-Jurisdiction, Dual-Commodity Portfolio: Combining a BC copper-gold porphyry/skarn package with a Washington State tungsten position gives Adamera exposure to two distinct demand drivers (grid/AI copper demand and U.S. critical minerals policy) that no single-asset peer can replicate.

Technical Analysis

Figure 2: Adamera Monthly Chart

Technical Analysis and Observations:

  • A bull wedge with a large burst of volume at the base of the wedge is in play.
  • RSI is steadily rising; bullish.
  • Stochastics and MACD are both on crossover buy signals.

Adamera is a CDNX index component stock. If the index does well, a lot of individual component stocks do well too.

Technical Analysis and Observations:

  • A large inverse H&S pattern is in play, targeting at least the 2,000 area.

Investor Risks

  • Dilution and funding risk: The company is pre-revenue with a small market cap; continued exploration requires repeated equity raises, and flow-through financing can be expensive.
  • Operational disruption: The IP survey was suspended in August 2026 by severe B.C. wildfires and a provincial state of emergency; this is a recurring seasonal risk.
  • Professional Advice: Before taking action with any investment, investors should consult with properly licensed, experienced, and qualified investment advisors and get numerous opinions. Failure to do so increases risk.

Investment Thesis Summary

  1. Multi-Metal Leverage: Debt-free junior with simultaneous exposure to copper-gold porphyry (18 km from Copper Mountain) and domestic U.S. tungsten, giving shareholders two independent upside vectors in a single position.
  2. District-Scale Corridor: The Max IP anomaly, traced across 1.6 km of strike, together with the new Bromley claims, extends Adamera's land position along a 40 km structural trend toward Copper Mountain, a producing mine.
  3. U.S. Policy Tailwind: The 2027 defense sourcing ban on imported tungsten creates a structural price floor; Adamera Minerals's Washington State holdings (Talisman, Tungsten Ridge, Pierre Creek) are positioned to capture that premium.
  4. Catalyst Density: Drill permits pending, 2,000 soil assays in the pipeline, additional IP lines, inversion modeling, and claim approvals all represent near-term, low-cost data inflection points that can re-rate the stock without a full drill program.
  5. Asymmetric Risk-Reward: A small market cap with ~300% YTD stock price momentum and a thin equity base means any positive result (grade intercept, claim approval, tungsten price spike) could produce outsized percentage gains.

Conclusion

Adamera Minerals is well-positioned at the inflection point between geophysical discovery and first drilling, with the convergence of the large IP anomaly in Hedley, pending permits, pending assays, and a U.S. tungsten tailwind creating multiple overlapping catalysts over the coming months.

The recent land expansion toward Copper Mountain strengthens the district-scale story and the "next-to-deposits" thesis, while the dual-jurisdiction portfolio gives shareholders exposure to two distinct demand drivers.

The pending drill permits at the Max and Glix targets represent the most immediate value inflection point: a single hole into the buried sulphide system implied by the 1.6–3KM chargeability anomaly could re-rate the entire South Hedley property, particularly given the proximity to Copper Mountain and the district-scale structural corridor now extending toward Bromley.

Bullish charts, drill permit approvals, soil assay results, and Bromley claim approvals are the primary signals that the thesis is progressing on schedule. For investors willing to accept inherent volatility and discovery-stage risk, Adamera Minerals appears to offer one of the more asymmetric risk-reward profiles in the junior exploration space today.
