Juggernaut Exploration Ltd. (JUGR:TSX.V) confirmed the Whopper Zone over 600 meters of strike and 580 meters of depth at its Big One property in British Columbia's Golden Triangle, with broad quartz-sulphide intervals intersected and assays pending.

Juggernaut Exploration Ltd. (JUGR:TSX.V) reported initial observations from its maiden drill program at the 100%-controlled Big One property in British Columbia's Golden Triangle, where drilling confirmed the Whopper Zone over 600 meters of strike and to a depth of 580 meters. The zone remains open laterally and at depth.

Multiple drill holes intersected broad quartz-sulphide veins and shears, with intervals reaching 20.24 meters and containing mineralization including pyrite, sphalerite, galena, and chalcopyrite. The company said the mineralization and textures were visually similar to those observed in surface samples that assayed up to 44.76 g/t AuEq and continuous channel cuts yielding up to 6.89 g/t AuEq over 4.00 meters. Assays from the reported drill holes are pending.

Hole BO-26-17 intersected the Whopper Zone over 20.24 meters from 236.20 to 256.44 meters, containing multiple quartz-sulphide veins and veinlets up to 1 meter wide with pyrite, sphalerite, and galena in strongly sheared diorite with pervasive sericite alteration. BO-26-16 intersected 17.59 meters from 231.12 to 248.71 meters, with quartz-sulphide veining containing pyrite, sphalerite, and disseminated galena.

Hole BO-26-11 intercepted 13.08 meters from 232.02 to 245.10 meters containing multiple quartz-sulphide veins with massive pyrite, semi-massive sphalerite, chalcopyrite, and galena. BO-26-23 intercepted the Whopper Zone over 5.01 meters from 300.31 to 305.32 meters and also encountered additional mineralized shear zones above and below it, including intervals from 257.19 to 259.47 meters and 350.60 to 355.77 meters.

BO-26-19 intersected 3.24 meters of the Whopper Zone from 236.66 to 239.90 meters, while BO-26-15 intercepted 3.18 meters from 242.53 to 245.71 meters. BO-26-24 intercepted a 5.02-meter interval from 620.82 to 625.84 meters containing quartz-sulphide veins with pyrite in strongly foliated and chlorite-sericite altered diorite. Drilling in BO-26-24 was ongoing at the time of the announcement.

Drilling and surface mapping have shown a more than 5-meter-wide vein enveloped within a shear zone measuring up to 50 meters wide that has been traced for more than 600 meters, with vertical relief of up to 780 meters. Multiple occurrences of visible gold and coarse-grained, free-milling gold up to 150 microns in size have been identified in surface samples.

Juggernaut also reported that pervasive propylitic alteration outside the veins and shear zones had been confirmed in all drill holes that intercepted the Whopper Zone to date.

"The extensive Whopper Zone, where drilling has already confirmed 600 m of strike and 580 of depth and remains open, as well as the recently reported Big Mac Zone with 450 m of strike and 500 m of depth and remains open, are both strongly indicated to be part of a district-scale mineralizing system," President and COO Manuele Lazzarotto said in the company news release.

Gold, Silver, and Copper Prices Rise as Analysts Track Rates and Supply

According to an August 24 analysis by Fawad Razaqzada, gold had climbed as high as US$4,680 per ounce after a third consecutive weekly advance. He attributed the metal's recent performance to a softer U.S. dollar and reduced expectations for additional Federal Reserve rate increases.

Razaqzada also noted that gold had been rising alongside bond yields, which he connected to concerns about U.S. debt sustainability, debt-servicing costs, and fiscal credibility. Referring to higher Treasury yields alongside a weaker dollar, he wrote, "For gold, that is a particularly supportive backdrop."

Trading Economics data on August 31 showed gold at US$4,451.06 per ounce, up 9.74% over the previous month and 27.99% year over year. The source described gold as "one of the most widely followed precious metals" and said it was "often regarded as a safe-haven asset during periods of economic uncertainty, inflation, and geopolitical risk." Gold had remained on track for an August gain of more than 10%.

Silver was at US$67.167 per ounce on August 31, up 16.45% over the previous month and 64.93% over the previous year. Trading Economics described silver as having both industrial and investment applications, including electronics, solar panels, and medical technologies. The source said, "Silver prices are influenced by both industrial demand and investor sentiment." Silver had remained on track for an August gain of more than 15%.

An August 30 report in The Weekly Finger cited Q2 data from Benchmark Minerals showing that most of the top 10 copper producers had recorded declining year-over-year production, while the broader trend among the largest producers had been downward as demand accelerated.

The report also cited analysis from Lukas Ekwueme showing that Chile produced 24% of the world's copper and that production there was expected to peak in 2027. It connected copper demand with AI infrastructure development and U.S. manufacturing reshoring. Ekwueme stated, "We don't own enough copper for what's coming."

The Weekly Finger also cited Azuria Capital data showing median profit margins of 31% among the top 20 precious and base metals miners, compared with 17% for both the financial and technology sectors of the S&P 500.

By August 31, Trading Economics reported copper at US$6.5686 per pound, up 45.61% over the preceding year and 0.86% over the preceding month. Copper futures had eased to around US$6.55 per pound after four consecutive declining sessions as the U.S. dollar strengthened.

Trading Economics reported that some indications of supply pressure had eased, including increased metal deliveries into LME inventories. However, copper shipments had continued to be diverted toward the United States ahead of potential import tariffs, while mining disruptions in Indonesia, Congo, and Chile had contributed to supply concerns. The source described copper as "one of the most widely used industrial metals in the world," with critical roles in construction, electronics, power generation, and renewable energy systems.

Third-Party Highlights Drill Core

In an August 27, 2026, comment, investor and newsletter writer Chen Lin of What Is Chen Buying? What Is Chen Selling? highlighted Juggernaut Exploration's drill core from the Big One property.

"JUGR.v very promising drilling core. Basically, they hit 20 meters of quartz-sulphide similar to their surface sample up to 44.76g/t aueq or 4 meters of 6.89g/t channel samples. Can't wait for their drilling results," Lin wrote.

Expanded Drilling and Multiple Big One Targets

Juggernaut expanded its fully funded 2026 inaugural drill program by approximately 30%, from 10,000 meters to approximately 13,000 meters, by adding multiple drill holes. Two drill rigs are planned to continue operating until mid to late September, weather permitting, with initial assay results to be released after they are received, compiled, and interpreted.

The expanded program is designed to test the largest and most extensive veins within the 22-square-kilometer Eldorado System. The company reported more than 400 mineralized veins up to 10 meters wide hosted in shear zones up to 50 meters wide. Surface samples from the system assayed up to 263.70 g/t AuEq, while channel cuts returned up to 4.89 g/t AuEq over 5.21 meters. Planned drill holes are designed to intersect areas where visible gold has been identified in surface channel and grab samples from the Whopper, Big Mac, and Gold Dome zones.

The corporate presentation describes the Eldorado System as approximately 7 kilometers by 4 kilometers and open, with more than 500 quartz-sulphide veins and shears reaching widths of up to 50 meters and more than 1 kilometer of strike and vertical relief. The presentation also identifies an approximately 4.5-square-kilometer area of propylitic alteration.

Within Eldorado, the Big Mac Zone measures approximately 1 kilometer by 1 kilometer and contains multiple large veins with shear zones up to 10 meters wide, exposed at surface for more than 400 meters with vertical relief of up to 360 meters. A channel cut assayed 6.63 g/t Au over 3.58 meters, including 17.45 g/t Au over 1.35 meters and 47.18 g/t Au over 0.47 meter true width. A second channel cut returned 3.60 g/t Au over 1.45 meters, including 10.17 g/t Au over 0.50 meter. The presentation identifies the Big Mac Zone as drill-ready.

The Gold Dome Zone measures approximately 3 kilometers by 1.5 kilometers and contains clusters of gold-rich shear zones, veins, and stockwork up to 4 meters wide, exposed for more than 1 kilometer with approximately 600 meters of vertical relief. Grab samples assayed up to 256.60 g/t Au, while a channel cut assayed 5.45 g/t Au over 2.77 meters. Multiple targets within the Gold Dome are identified as drill-ready.

The presentation describes the Whopper Zone as approximately 2 kilometers by 2 kilometers, with multiple veins up to 5 meters wide and shear zones reaching 50 meters wide. At the time of the presentation, the structures were exposed at surface for more than 500 meters with vertical relief of up to 780 meters. Channel cuts had assayed up to 39.84 g/t Au over 0.50 meter within a 3.06-meter interval grading 6.71 g/t Au. Multiple targets in the Whopper Zone were identified as drill-ready.

The Gold Swarm Zone covers approximately 3 kilometers by 1 kilometer, extends over 700 meters of vertical relief, and remains open in all directions. It contains clusters of shear zones and veins up to 4.5 meters wide. Grab samples assayed up to 226.94 g/t Au, and a channel cut returned 4.02 g/t Au over 4.36 meters containing semi-massive to massive chalcopyrite, galena, and sphalerite. The presentation identifies Gold Swarm as drill-ready.

Juggernaut's presentation also identifies two areas with porphyry potential at Big One where the distribution of geochemical pathfinder elements overlaps with geophysical anomalies and multiple gold-rich polymetallic veins. An independent petrographic study by the Colorado School of Mines confirmed relatively pure, free-milling coarse gold up to 150 microns in size, while fluid inclusions were reported as confirming a magmatic source to the gold, silver, and copper mineralization.
