Dryden Gold reports two new gold-bearing structures at its Ontario project, including high-grade intercepts at Elora 2 and Paymaster, while advancing a funded 2026 drill program.

Dryden Gold Corp. (DRY:TSXV; DRYGF:OTCQX; X7W:FSE) is advancing exploration at its Gold Rock project in Ontario amid a gold market where prices have remained near record levels.

Investors evaluating junior gold companies often focus on consistent drill success and expanding mineralized footprints as key indicators of potential value creation.

Why Dryden Gold Stands Out in the Current Gold Sector

The company has systematically increased the known scale of gold mineralization at Gold Rock through targeted drilling that began in 2023.

According to the company, more than 34,000 meters of drilling have expanded the project from three structures and two high-grade zones to more than fifteen structures and approximately a dozen high-grade zones.

New Discoveries Extend the Mineralized Footprint

Dryden Gold Corp. (DRY:TSXV; DRYGF:OTCQX; X7W:FSE) announced drill results confirming the discovery of two new gold-bearing structures at its Gold Rock project, including a new high-grade mineralized structure between the Elora and Big Master gold systems and a second structure at the historic Paymaster target.

The Elora 2 structure was intersected at true depths between 250 and 500 meters and shows brecciated quartz veining similar to that observed at the Big Master system.

Because Elora 2 lacks surface expression yet maintains consistent mineralization along strike and at depth, the company interprets the area as a significant mineralized corridor.

Drill hole DGR-060C returned 3.38 grams per tonne gold over 4.30 meters, including 19.90 grams per tonne gold over 0.50 meters, at 250 meters true depth.

Drill hole DGR-065, located approximately 500 meters along strike, intersected 2.12 grams per tonne gold over 1.02 meters at 500 meters true depth.

At the Paymaster target, drill hole DGR-064 intersected 7.00 meters grading 0.36 grams per tonne gold at 120 meters true depth within a wider shear structure.

The Paymaster discovery increased the overall mineralized footprint at Gold Rock from roughly 500 meters to 750 meters.

Key Investor Takeaways

  • Dryden Gold has identified more than fifteen gold-bearing structures at Gold Rock after completing over 34,000 meters of drilling since 2023.
  • Two newly discovered structures, Elora 2 and Paymaster, demonstrate both high-grade intercepts and broader low-grade shear zones that expand the project footprint.
  • A funded CA$17.5 million exploration budget supports approximately 45,000 meters of drilling in 2026, including a second drill rig now active at Gold Rock.
  • Analyst coverage from Couloir Capital maintains a Buy rating with a CA$1.20 target price based on drill results and district-scale potential.
  • Exploration continues to test extensions at Jubilee, Spyglass, and Buccaneer while regional work advances at Hyndman and other targets.

Analyst Perspectives and Valuation Context

Couloir Capital analysts Ron Wortel and the Couloir Research Team reiterated a Buy rating and a CA$1.20 target price in a June 9 research report.

The analysts noted that recent drilling demonstrates potential for multiple stacked high-grade gold shoots similar to Red Lake-style systems.

Their valuation incorporates the depth extension at Big Master, Jubilee results, the Hyndman corridor, and the expanded land package.

2026 Exploration Program and Upcoming Catalysts

According to the company's July 2026 investor presentation, drilling at Mud Lake is scheduled to begin in early August.

The program also includes systematic evaluation of Elora 2 to define high-grade zone distribution and continued testing of down-plunge extensions at known high-grade zones.

Regional work integrates mapping, till sampling, and results from approximately 740 heavy mineral concentrate samples across multiple targets.

President Maura Kolb, P.Geo., highlighted the objective of defining additional high-grade zones within the growing mineralized system.
