Dryden Gold Corp. (DRY:TSXV; DRYGF:OTCQX; X7W:FSE) announced drill results confirming the discovery of two new gold-bearing structures at its Gold Rock project, including a new high-grade mineralized structure between the Elora and Big Master gold systems and a second structure at the historic Paymaster target.
According to the company, the newly identified Elora 2 structure was intersected at 250 to 500 meters true depth and, like multiple mineralized hanging wall structures at Gold Rock, has no surface expression. The company said the mineralization is comparable to the brecciated quartz veining found at Big Master. Based on the consistency of the structural setting and mineralization along strike and at depth, Dryden Gold interprets the area as a significant mineralized corridor rather than another hanging wall structure.
Among the reported drill results, hole DGR-060C intersected 3.38 g/t gold over 4.30 meters, including 19.90 g/t gold over 0.50 meters at 250 meters true depth. Hole DGR-065 intersected 2.12 g/t gold over 1.02 meters approximately 500 meters along strike from DGR-060C at 500 meters true depth. The company said Elora 2 significantly increases the continuity of the mineralized footprint across Gold Rock.
At the Paymaster target, Dryden Gold completed its first drill test east of the historic Big Master mine workings and adjacent to the Manitou Dinorwic deformation zone. Hole DGR-064 intercepted 7.00 meters grading 0.36 g/t gold at 120 meters true depth within what the company described as a wider shear structure comparable to Elora. According to the company, the Paymaster discovery expands the mineralized footprint across Gold Rock from 500 meters to 750 meters.
Since drilling began in 2023, Dryden Gold said it has completed more than 34,000 meters of drilling and expanded the mineralized footprint at Gold Rock from three structures and two high-grade zones to more than fifteen structures and a dozen high-grade zones.
"Gold Rock continues to generate many exciting new high-grade gold targets across a growing footprint," President Maura Kolb, P.Geo., said in a company news release. "With only five holes completed at Elora 2, we have already identified a high-grade zone and demonstrated approximately one kilometer of strike length. With the second drill rig deployed at Gold Rock, our objective is to define additional high-grade zones within this growing mineralized system and continue advancing this robust gold system."
The company also reported that exploration drilling completed during the spring and early summer tested additional geological concepts at Gold Rock. Drilling along the southern extension of the Big Master system intersected mineralization in every hole. Based on the results to date, the company's geological team interprets these intersections as reflecting the convergence of BM1 and BM2.
Continued Drilling and Regional Exploration Remain Key Areas of Focus
According to the company, the current exploration program will systematically evaluate the newly identified Elora 2 structure to define the distribution and periodicity of high-grade zones across the mineralized system.
The company also said current drilling is focused on testing the down-plunge and down-dip extensions of known high-grade zones at Jubilee, Spyglass and Buccaneer, while extending known high-grade zones at depth remains a key objective of the ongoing drill campaign.
According to the company's July 2026 investor presentation, drilling at Mud Lake is scheduled to begin in early August as part of the 2026 exploration program. The presentation also outlines a funded CA$17.5 million exploration budget supporting approximately 45,000 meters of drilling during 2026, with drilling continuing at Gold Rock alongside regional exploration activities.
The investor presentation also states that ongoing regional work includes integrating mapping, till sampling and prospecting results into the company's geological model, together with results from approximately 740 heavy mineral concentrate samples collected across regional targets.
