Bob Moriarty Bob Moriarty of 321 Gold shares why he likes GoldHaven Resources Corp. (GOH:CSE; GHVNF:OTCQB; 4QS:FSE).

Owing to silver and gold repositioning in sizable commodity funds, the metals are expected to experience a brief period of weakness as the funds conclude an annual rebalancing necessitated by silver's astounding 150% surge and gold's 64% climb. As of the close on January 6, the DSI stands at a mere 77 for gold and 82 for silver.

In July of the previous year, I brought to my readers' attention a diminutive junior company possessing a notable gold venture in Brazil and an extensive 38,000 ha multi-element collection of 53 claims situated in Northern BC. I provided an update in October. A mere three weeks ago, GoldHaven Resources Corp. (GOH:CSE; GHVNF:OTCQB; 4QS:FSE) reported the conclusion of a 1086-meter diamond drill initiative at its Copecal gold undertaking in Brazil. The enterprise executed nine core holes. Assays have been dispatched to the lab, with results anticipated imminently.

The preceding year, GoldHaven secured $500,000 in flow-through monthly, which must be deployed in Canada. On January 6, GOH issued a press release outlining its achievements this year in BC at its Magno property in the Cassiar district.

Magno is an expansive property package showcasing multiple mineralization styles with impressive grades across a spectrum of minerals. During this program, the company gathered 357 grab samples, with 45 yielding over 100 g/t Ag. The most elevated silver sample assayed 2,370 g/t silver. Numerous lead assays surpassed 20%, and zinc assays reached as high as 19.25%. The loftiest tungsten (W) grade registered 6.5 kilos, with 32 samples exceeding one kilo per tonne.

"Just for my readers information, a kilo of tungsten today is worth about US$150, so those are home run samples." Indium, frequently encountered in zinc deposits, measured up to 334 g/t In, valued at approximately US$400 a tonne.

I am an immense proponent of acquiring assets when they are inexpensive and divesting them when they are precious. When I penned about GOH in July, they boasted a market cap of roughly CA$4 million. They have ascended by approximately 50% since then, yet only to CA$6 million today, while the price of gold has vaulted 36% over the same period. These impending drill results, anticipated to commence in four to six weeks, could be a transformative catalyst for a stock that has been dormant and neglected by the majority of investors. Given US$4,400 gold and nearly US$80 silver, GOH is exceptionally undervalued.
