Mineworx Technologies Ltd.

Mineworx Technologies is an innovative eco-friendly solutions provider of process technologies for both the mining and E-Waste industry sectors bringing economic value to the groups with whom it partners. This value creation is driven through the use of patent pending and proprietary technologies, design capability and personnel. Historically Mineworx has operated in the traditional mining sector but recently partnered with EnviroLeach Technologies Inc. and formed a joint venture. Mineworx has a 20% equity position in this joint venture which is capitalizing on opportunities in Urban Mining, the recovery of precious metals from E-Waste materials.

The JV has designed, fabricated and completed installation of its 10 ton per day modular processing stations in a strategic partner's 650,000 sq. ft. facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Initial pre-commercial testing has been completed and full production trials are currently underway with ramp up to 50 ton per day expected by year end. The strategic partner has the exclusive North American rights for high grade gold processing and the first right of refusal for all geographic areas globally. The JV will begin constructing its own Corporate owned E-Waste processing facilities in early 2019 utilizing the strategic partnerís lower yield gold E-Waste feedstock.

"Mineworx Technologies Ltd. and EnviroLeach's first commercial e-waste processing plant is well past the halfway point in terms of testing and will be in production test mode within weeks. The rough treatment of the Mineworx and EnviroLeach shares is rather frustrating for anyone who believes in the potential of the technology, but this selling also spells opportunity for those who missed the initial move."
