Pilot Gold Inc.

Pilot Gold is a leading gold discovery company currently advancing a portfolio of past producing Carlin-Style gold projects in the western US. Our three core projects are Goldstrike in Utah, Mineral Gulch in Idaho and Kinsley Mountain in Nevada. We believe that these strategic assets have powerful potential for significant growth and value creation.

Pilot Gold also holds important interests in two Turkish assets and has a pipeline of Western US projects characterized by large land positions and district-wide potential that can meet our growth needs for years to come.

Pilot Gold is led by the same management and technical teams that built Fronteer Gold, a similar growth company acquired in 2011 by Newmont Mining Corporation for $2.3 billion. In 10 years, Fronteer Gold grew from a $2-million venture shell into a well-funded and high-profile gold development company that discovered or advanced seven deposits.

Michael Gray, Macquarie Capital Markets (4/4/17)
"On April 3, before market open, Pilot Gold Inc. reported early metallurgical test results for its flagship, 100%-owned, oxide, Carlin-style Goldstrike project. . .the metallurgical column tests delivered consistent and rapid leach kinetics (+80% of extractable metal recovered in fewer than 10 days). This bodes well for potentially reducing working capital requirements and facilitating faster capital payback once operating."

Mick Carew, Haywood Securities (4/3/17)
"This morning, Pilot Gold Inc. announced the results for metallurgical testing of oxide material from its 100%-controlled Goldstrike project. . .20 column leach tests produced a weighted average extraction of 85.9%. . .the metallurgical test results from the company's Goldstrike project are positive overall."

Michael Gray, Macquarie Equity Research (1/10/17)
"Pilot Gold Corp. reported shallow (<150m) drill results from 15 RC holes that tested its Peg Leg target, 100% Goldstrike project with Carlin-type gold mineralization, Utah. . .[a] promising target [is] emerging [that] could have a good size footprint. . .PLG's Goldstrike project is part of our consolidated US Gold Belt thesis with Tier One potential. We think the large, 14 km2 corridor of gold mineralization at Goldstrike is the expression of a major system with potential for both oxide and sulphide deposits."

Gwen Preston, Resource Maven (12/7/16)
"Pilot Gold Inc. continues to advance its Goldstrike project in Utah, adding up to a nice zone of mineralization that Pilot will define in a resource estimate due out H1/17. . .the target at Goldstrike is shallow, oxidized gold, which Pilot is finding by testing units not previously thought prospective. . .Pilot has now hit the Main Zone with enough holes to inform a resource estimate. . .recent results include 0.47 g/t gold over 26 metres, 1.2 g/t gold over 23 metres, and 0.8 g/t gold over 23 metres. . .results will continue to flow. Accumulate."

Michael Gray, Macquarie Capital Markets (9/14/16)
"Pilot Gold Inc.'s drilling in the Main Zone has been the focus (3km2) where mineralized sections have 700m dip lengths (targeting pit floors and up-dip and down dip extensions). . .the younger cover rocks (tuffs) that mask the mineralized Claron Formation 'always have a geochemical signature' - this leakage is a good vectoring tool to test below the post mineral cover rocks. The Main Zone will be part of a resource at the end of 1Q17 that will include 96 PLG holes and 100 historic drill holes."

Michael Gray, Macquarie Capital Markets (8/31/16)
Pilot Gold Inc. reported results for another seven RC drill holes that tested the 1400m by 300m Main Zone area with oxide gold mineralization that lies within the Historic Mine Trend, 100% Goldstrike project. . .PLG continued its high batting average, with five of seven drill holes documenting +0.4g/tAu over +10m intersections with a length-weighted average grade of 0.82g/t over 23.5m of oxide gold mineralization. . .Beyond the high batting averages, we continue to be encouraged by the spatial grade continuity amongst the intersections. . .We reiterate our Outperform rating and C$0.90 target. PLG is a top pick amongst our explorers.
