"I like Canadian Shield Resources Ltd. It's a company with new management and seven Peruvian-based exploration projects. Two of those projects have historic resources that should be qualified in the near future. The company is pursuing opportunities to vend those seven projects to joint venture partners. It will become a Peruvian prospect generator with a significant reconnaissance database developed by some very astute geologists, including the new CEO of Canadian Shield. I think that the exploration potential in southern Peru is very good and has been overlooked. The mines that have been found and put into production during the 15-year-plus history of junior exploration in Peru have been concentrated mainly in northern Peru, and to a lesser extent in central Peru. Southern Peru remains relatively underexplored."
