DESCRIPTION:  Everton Resources is a well-managed junior exploration company with properties in the Dominican Republic (DR), Ontario and Quebec. The company is actively exploring in the DR, adjacent to the US$2.7 billion Pueblo Viejo project being developed by Barrick Gold (60%), in partnership with Goldcorp (40%). Pueblo Viejo is estimated to contain 22.4 Moz. gold, 455 Mlbs. copper and 131.3 Moz. silver. Everton also holds, through its 100%-owned subsidiary Hays Lake Gold, various options in a consolidated Shoal Lake land package near Kenora, Ontario. Everton is also exploring in James Bay, amassing one of the largest land claims adjacent to Goldcorp's Eleonore gold deposit.

"Junior gold exploration company Everton Resources Inc. and Brigus Gold Corp. have announced they have amended their JV option agreements relating to three exploration projects in the Dominican Republic (DR). Everton and Brigus Gold each hold a 50% interest in the Ampliacion Pueblo iejo (APV) and the Loma El Mate projects, which are being managed by Everton and are contiguous with Barrick's and Goldcorp's Pueblo Viejo gold deposit. Under the amended agreements, Everton has the right to earn an additional 20% interest in each of the two projects by incurring an additional $2.5M in exploration related to APV and $1M related to Loma El Mate. . .Everton's stock has gone up 2.4% since the announcement to $0.21."

The Gold Report Interview with Ron Struthers (07/23/10)
"We got into Everton around $0.26; at $0.20, it is even a better deal. . .I like Everton because they've had lots of good drill intersections on some of their properties, such as 6 meters of 192.5-gram silver at their La Lechoza prospect. Their main project is right next to Barrick and Goldcorp's Pueblo Viejo Mine, which hosts around 29 million ounces gold. . .Everton is right on trend. Some of their drill core on some wildcat exploration holes hit the exact same host rock as Pueblo Viejo. . .They've gone back and done all the geological work, the induced polarization (IP) surveys, geochemistry, soil and stream samples to come up with good drill targets. They should be drilling more on this pretty soon."

Jay Taylor, J.Taylor's Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks (05/20/10)
"Over the next couple of months, the drills will turn at various points along [Everton's] Pueblo Viejo boundary and other well-chosen spots deemed to be prospective for the discovery of gold within various property boundaries. What is exciting now to me is the fact that over the next couple of months, drilling of these areas will take place. If the results indicate the potential for the gold mineralization to continue onto Everton's joint-ventured ground, it is my view that this stock could rise from around its current level of $0.25 to $1.00 in a New York minute.

If the market envisions something big beginning to emerge early on for Everton relating to continuity of Pueblo Viejo mineralization, it seems possible to me that the company could focus most if not all of its efforts on drilling out a major gold deposit right in the immediate area of the Pueblo Viejo. It might then look to joint venture some of its 100%-owned claims to other companies. Of course that bridge will be crossed when, hopefully, the company gets to it. For now, you can buy this stock at $0.25 with the possibilities of a major win, given a successful drill program or two down the road.

Jay Taylor, J.Taylor's Gold, Energy & Tech Stocks (05/14/10)
"Everton's main focus right now is the Ampliacion Property, for obvious reasons. If the drills (aka truth machines) can establish that Pueblo Viejo mineralization is continuous onto the Everton/Linear claims, this stock should be off to the races. If that turns out to be the case, the company should be able to raise equity efficiently in the future to begin to explore various other properties on the Pueblo Viejo.

. . .One of the reasons I feel comfortable recommending this stock at its current price is the company's properties of merit in Ontario and Quebec. Two properties in Ontario contain a historical resource totaling 768,487 ounces of gold. Management may spend some money to explore those properties or they may look to joint venture them out and let other people spend their money to advance those projects. Not only would that preserve capital, it would enable management to focus its time in the Dominican Republic where those properties have the potential to be 'company makers.'

Simply put, the story here is exploration of potential extensions of the massive Pueblo Viejo Deposit. If that becomes a reality in the mind of the market, these shares will fly."

Ron Struthers, Struthers Resource Stock Report (05/13/10)
". . .my plan is to now add some more gold and silver stocks to our list and I will start with: Everton Resources.

Around $0.27, the stock is in the middle of its recent trading range and close to where they just closed a financing at $0.25. I have followed the company for about a year, have held some stock and recently added to my position.

The reason I am so bullish now, I think the timing is right. There properties that they intend to focus are in the Dominican and they are among a handful of companies that control the major mineralized belt there, so there are not a lot of other players. Everton has 380 sq. kms. They hold a lot of ground right adjacent and on strike and trend to the massive 29.6-million-ounce gold project owned by Barrick called Pueblo Viejo.

I know about Everton's project adjacent to Pueblo, as it was with Linear Gold that I followed years ago; EVR can earn 65% from Linear; they are now 50%. I was not convinced about the project earlier, they did not seem to have well-defined targets. That has changed."
