KSK: Change in Strategy

Adrian Day's Global Analyst (11/15/2010)
"Kiska Metals is an erstwhile prospect generator that has changed its approach. Indeed, Kiska is putting pretty much all its focus on exploring Whistler, the large property in Alaska that it acquired when it merged with Geoinformatics little over a year ago. . .The property has now been returned by Kennecott (which was looking for a large copper deposit), and Kiska is now aggressively exploring various targets. It is a large, underexplored district with multiple distinct targets. To date, results have been quite encouraging, though it remains far too early to say that it will find a deposit large enough to become a mine. This is an entire new district; fortunately for Kiska, major mining companies are enhancing infrastructure, including power, and that will help with the economics as Whistler is developed."
