News Update Group Ten Metals reports that soil geochemistry results suggest the presence of a strongly mineralized system at its Montana asset.

Group Ten Metals Inc. (PGE:TSX.V; PGEZF:OTCQB; 5D32:FSE) announced in a news release it discovered four new palladium-platinum-gold-nickel-copper soil anomalies at its Stillwater West project in Montana.

Soil geochemistry from the Boulder and Wild West targets showed a quartet of 1+ kilometer areas of mineralization each having grades of up to 1.16 grams per ton (1.16 g/t) platinum, 0.46 g/t palladium and 0.47 g/t gold. Group Ten Metals is calling them Boulder, Blakely, Pegmatoid Ridge and Gold Ridge. Together, they suggest the presence of a strongly mineralized system there, the company noted.

Pegmatoid Ridge and Gold Ridge returned high levels of gold in the soil, which thereby expand the potential of that precious metal in the Wild West target area by up to 2 kilometers from the already defined, high-grade gold mineralization at the Pine Shear zone.

These anomalies "are associated with and proximal to conductive high anomalies identified in electromagnetic geophysical surveys," the release explained. These anomalies are similar to ones noted previously in the more advanced, drill-defined portions of Stillwater West.

The soil survey, completed in 2019, covered 8 square kilometers over the Pine Shear zone and the Boulder and Wild West targets, from which 1,316 samples were taken.

"The results of the 2019 soil survey are compelling for two reasons. First, we have significantly expanded the known extent of mineralization and identified four robust new targets in the Boulder and Wild West target areas, with high levels of palladium, platinum, gold, nickel, and copper in soils suggesting a strongly mineralized system. These new soil anomalies, proximal to conductive high anomalies shown in geophysical surveys, are made even more compelling by their similarity with our most advanced target areas where we are now advancing drill-defined mineralized zones towards maiden resources," Michael Rowley, president and CEO, stated. "Second, two of these new anomalies show high levels of gold in soil, expanding the gold potential of the Wild West target area by up to two kilometers from drill-defined high-grade gold mineralization at the Pine Shear Zone. We look forward to reporting additional results from our 2019 program in the coming weeks, along with our exploration plans for 2020."
