The prices of manganese ores to be sold to China are reduced for two grades to be shipped in May 2011.

According to an information, new prices of manganese ores for two grades are USD5.10 per Mn 1% CIF China for fine ore with Mn 43%, as compared to USD5.50 CIF for April shipment and USD5.40 per Mn 1% CIF for fine ore with Mn 48% as compared to USD6.20 CIF for April shipment respectively.

The price of lumpy manganese ore with Mn 44% for May shipment is being negotiated between major manganese mines and Chinese consumers but is supposed to be not settled yet.
