Expert Analysis

The Gold Report Interview with Kwong-Mun Achong Low (1/20/12) "Golden Predator stood out because it's in the Yukon, which is a good mining jurisdiction. It has near-term production potential and current cash flow from its royalty portfolio. In a real cash crunch, it would come out OK. . .the land package and the royalty portfolio are two of the best things about Golden Predator. It already has cash flow coming in, which could be used for general and administrative expenses or to offset large financings. We expect about $1M in royalty payments this year, gradually increasing to about $8M by 2015. Also, as the company has done before, non-core segments in the royalty portfolio and land package could be monetized for additional gains. . .

Brewery Creek is both an exploration story with the good drill results it keeps returning and also a development story that could see itself in production by the end of the year. The other properties will also see some drilling this year and could add production growth a few years down the line, but they are not the focus now. . .if the company continues to show that it can start production sooner than most people think, that should really push the stock up. . .it hired a chief operating officer and a chief mining engineer, which shows that it really is gearing up for production." Kwong-Mun Achong Low, Northern Securities (1/11/12) "Golden Predator Corp. announced a new discovery at the Cache Creek project (formerly known as Harlan project) in the Selwyn Basin, Yukon. . .four of six holes encountered mineralization, which is promising given the wide spacing of the holes. . .drill results seemed to improve with each hole drilled; the last two holes intercepting mineralized intervals in excess of 50m in both cases. . .we believe the company offers investors a good combination of exploration potential in the Yukon with the promise of near-term production at its Brewery Creek project. We maintain our Speculative Buy rating and our 12-month target of $1.60/share."

Kwong-Mun Achong Low, Northern Securities (1/10/12) "Golden Predator Corp. announced nine additional drill holes at its Sleeman zone, Brewery Creek, extending the strike length to 450m. . .hole BC11-341 (10.7m of 4.1 g/t gold from 22m depth) extended the strike length of the Sleeman zone to the west. . .this healthy intercept is encouraging as it helps to verify the geochem and geophysics indicators that delineate a target in excess of 1km in strike. The company also returned one of the best holes from Sleeman since its discovery last year; hole BC11-323 intercepted 35m of 1.6 g/t gold and 137 g/t silver from a depth of 143m. . .Golden Predator has the potential to become a producer by the end of 2012 for relatively low capex."

Morning Coffee (1/10/12) "Golden Predator Corp. announced the results of nine additional diamond drill holes from the Sleeman zone at its flagship Brewery Creek project in the Yukon. The company continues to define a zone of continuous gold and silver mineralization now extending at least 450m along strike. . .all of the holes released Monday contained significant gold mineralization with five of the holes having from two to four distinct mineralized zones."

Morning Coffee (1/6/12) "Golden Predator Corp. announced further results of 19 core and reverse circulation drill holes from the North Slope zone at its flagship Brewery Creek project, Yukon. Highlight intersections from the most recent results include: hole BC11-329 with 16m of 3.2 g/t gold from a depth of 41m; hole BC11-333 with 5.4m of 3.2 g/t gold from a depth of 26.6m, as well as 23.5m of 2.3 g/t gold from a depth of 49m and hole RC11-2391 with 22m of 1.23 g/t gold from a depth of 130m."
