Expert Analysis
The Gold Report Interview with Clive Maund (11/24/11) "Following a big rise late last year and into this year, which led to its being very overbought, Aguila American Gold Ltd. has reacted back and now appears to be basing above strong support at about CA$0.20. In adverse market conditions it could react back towards this support again, in which case it will be viewed as a buy. Volume and volume indicators are strong, which further suggest that it has bottomed and is basing."
Eric and Dennis Hoesgen, Resource World (8/8/11) "Aguila American Gold Ltd.'s Angostura property, situated in southern Peru, Andean Cordillera, Garu province. . .is 5,200 ha. with excellent infrastructure, including paved roads, water and power; the geology includes gold-bearing oxide in limestone carbonate replacement bodies with a silica-rich epithermal gold system. . .previous work included rock chip and grab samples with grades averaging 3–7 g/t Au. . .the company has very strong community relations and is working closely with local officials and expects their drill permits to be granted by Q311; with an approximate market capitalization of $14M and $5.4M in the treasury, we feel they are poised well to advance the Angostura property."
