Expert Comments:

Henk Krasenberg, European Gold Centre (4/12/13) "International Northair Mines Ltd. is presently prioritizing target areas for a planned 2013 drill program within and adjacent to the current resource area. Management believes that a 50% increase in strike length of the open pit could significantly expand the resource estimate by 50–100%. . .in my view, the company has all the qualities, expertise and other necessary ingredients to successfully bring La Cigarra to production. . .if this is not an opportunity, I don’t know what is."

Pope & Company Morning Notes (3/26/13) "International Northair Mines Ltd. provided an update of the ongoing exploration program underway at its La Cigarra silver project. . .drilling has outlined a continuously mineralized portion with a strike length of ~3.6km defined by the results of 154 drill holes. . .recent surface exploration [led] to the discovery of three new zones. . .surface sampling within these new zones returned significant silver values and the company believes that the Las Venadas, La Soledad and La Chinas zones all have potential for both high-grade veins and bulk tonnage surface-mineable silver deposits."

Henk Krasenberg, European Gold Centre (3/11/13) "One of the companies I know pretty well because I have been covering its early years, International Northair Mines Ltd. . .[has] been working for years to bring its projects closer to a possible production decision within a foreseeable future."

Stifel Nicolaus (3/1/13) "International Northair Mines Ltd. has intersected the best grades and widths in the San Gregoria zone of the La Cigarra project, the middle of the three defined zones; the system remains open down dip and to the east. While still early, preliminary metallurgy testing returned silver recoveries of 85–90% and the production of a silver-lead concentrate."

Michael Fowler, Loewen, Ondaatje & McCutcheon (2/26/13) "International Northair Mines Ltd. reported a maiden resource estimate for its La Cigarra project. . .there were some very good features: 1.) The grade was higher than expected, meaning that project economics will be enhanced, 2.) Resource upside is evident, 3.) The bulk of the resource is in the Measured (25%) and Indicated (69%) category, 4.) Metallurgy appears very good, 5.) The geometry of the deposit is such that the strip ratio maybe in the region of 1:1, 6.) There are some significant gold, lead and zinc byproduct credits and 7.) There is reasonable infrastructure. We continue to use 70 Moz as a potential resource size."
