Solid EPZ

Exploration Insights (03/27/2011)
"Esperanza Silver recently sold its 20% interest in the San Luis gold deposit to Silver Standard for $17M (keeping a 1% NSR) bringing its cash position to $27M ($0.53/EPZ share). The company also owns the 1.2 Moz. Au Eq. resource at Cerro Jumil in Mexico, of which I estimate maybe two-thirds falls into a very good, low-cost heap-leach oxide pit. A scoping study due out later this year, undoubtedly, will be more optimistic than my assessment and will provide solid early cost and value details. EPZ also has a number of exploration projects in Peru, three of which will be drilled this year as part of its total $5M exploration budget. . .EPZ has an enterprise value of $48M, which is supported by a robust but smallish gold deposit and an aggressive exploration program run by honest and competent people."
