Refocusing on GQC

HRA Journal (12/08/2010)
". . .we are refocusing on GQC—as a gold explorer with established base metal resources in both the DR and in northern Spain that underlie its assets valuation. GoldQuest has established an initial resource for Escandalosa (Las Tres Palmes) of +400 Koz. in one of several established zones, which can be expanded along trend and with other nearby gold targets. The market is pricing in this resource, but no premium for either exploration upside in the gold holdings or the assets value of the base metal deposits. New management and Board members have helped expand the market for GQC and put a solid base under the current share price. A restart of drill testing on the gold projects should generate good speculative interest and expand the GoldQuest valuation in line with expansion of the gold resource. The potential of Las Animas, for which gold/silver values now equal [that of] copper, and the Spanish holdings should also add value as smaller base-metal systems come back into favor.

GoldQuest has shown there is still scope to discover new mineral districts in the central DR, not simply new deposits within known trends. Now that GQC is moving forward on two of these trends on a 100% basis, we expect the market to take note of the company."
