"Today, Otis announced that it executed an agreement to purchase a 100% interest in the Kilgore Gold Project and related assets from Bayswater Uranium for staged payments of US$1.75M and 2M shares. . .this is great news for Otis for a few reasons. It consolidates the ownership to one entity and obviously gives Otis the other 25%, so increases the value to Otis by 25%. Also it eliminates a 2% NSR that was payable to Bayswater. Otis is only giving out 2M shares vs. 2.2M in the previous agreement; it is paying more cash, but doesn't have the expense of a feasibility study it had to do under the old agreement for 75% earn in. This also comes ahead of drill results in targeted areas that could significantly expand the size and potential of the Kilgore deposit. Complete ownership gives total flexibility in the development, as well. Combine this, expected drill results soon and a chart that looks ready to break out, the stock is a great buy here. And I have not even talked their Buckhorn silver property they are about to drill." |
