Precious Metals Remain Strong

Dines Letter (04/22/2010)
"The precious metals group continues its strongly bullish ways. Our gold, platinum and palladium recommendations are moving up, and even rhodium has had an upside breakout. We suspect that one of the reasons gold has been strong is that China is finally giving in to America's browbeating and might allow its renminbi currency to rise.

We are dismayed that this is being presented to the American people as the solution to all of our economic problems, without realizing that a stronger Chinese currency would enable them to buy even more of our assets on the cheap. America's leaders just don't get it, and there is nothing we can do about it except to continue to speak out. Maybe our Goldbug! book will do some good, though it is not easy to be hopeful. Silver is behind the precious metals group, and we again recommend our silver recommendations."
