"Exeter is blessed with very high-quality management, who has done a great job steering the company through the challenging times of the last two years. They have a developing world-class silver project in Argentina, and a potentially monster-sized gold/copper deposit in Chile. On the whole, these shares are top-notch quality and will likely one day soar as a 10 bagger from present levels. So, overall we like the story at Exeter a lot, but, at the moment, the shares have had a big move and we would like to see them back and fill. Put another way, we need to see some price consolidation, perhaps for a few weeks, before we can feel really comfortable jumping on board. If we owned the shares already, we would HOLD, because if gold breaks out above $1,000 in the weeks ahead, XRA may explode. For new money, wait for now on XRA." |
