What Is Chen Buying? (06/12/2009)
"Apollo Gold Corp. announced the spectacular Grey Fox drilling results last night. You see the mineralization is very close to surface. All these are open-pittable, very high grade, from 20 meters to 300 meters in depth. Most importantly, almost every hole is a hit, that's very nice for an initial drilling result. Now the pieces start to come together. I can see we will have two open pit, high-grade and low-cost mines, Black Fox and Grey Fox. They will feed the same mill as they continue to expand the mill. I won't be surprised that Apollo finds 5 million oz in that area, produces over 200K oz per year and we should be trading at north of $2 when this happens. I am holding my shares for a 10 bagger." |
