MRO: Buying Opportunity Ahead of Estelle Drilling

Gold Newsletter (05/05/2011)
"Millrock Resources has optioned 100% of the Rainville Project, located along trend from the prolific Safford deposits being developed by Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold in southeastern Arizona. . .since my last update, Millrock has also announced that Teck Resources will proceed with the first option to acquire 55% of MRO's Estelle Project in Alaska. That's a year ahead of the original schedule. Teck has budgeted $3.4M for exploration in 2011, but Millrock will manage the program, which includes drilling at the Oxide Ridge, Shoeshine, RPM and Stoney prospects. Teck holds a second option for an additional 10% interest, which it can earn by spending another $5M and paying Millrock $400,000. The market has waited two years for Millrock to kick-off this much-anticipated drilling of Estelle. Hopefully, the additional time spent on comprehensive surface exploration to zero in on drill targets will pay off. As we approach the exploration season in the northern latitudes, and as we await further drill results from Millrock's joint ventures in Arizona, the company's share price has serendipitously drifted downward. At current levels, it's a buy."
